Reservations are not contingent upon availability or conditions of the water recreational facilities, including but not limited to the Comal and Guadalupe River or Schlitterbahn. There will be NO REFUNDS for shortened stays; you must pay for what you book.

RENTAL FEES: The balance of the rental period is due 14 days prior to check-in. A signed and dated copy of this RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT and Rental Agreement and Policies & Procedures MUST BE ON FILE.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit equal to one night's rental is required to hold your reservation due within 24 hrs. of making the reservation. This deposit is applied to your stay.

CANCELLATIONS: A $75.00 cancellation/administrative fee is charged for any reservation that is cancelled after booking with GuadalupeRentals.com. Cancellations for short-term rentals must be made 45 days prior to check in to qualify for refund of deposit. Within 45 days of check in there are no refunds. All cancellations for long-term rentals (two or more weeks) must be made two months (60 days) in advance or you will lose your deposit. All cancellations will be recorded and based on the receipt of deposit from transaction pay log as to date and time of reservation deposit was received. There are no cancellation refunds under any circumstances if cancellation guidelines are not met by guest.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit of $300.00 is required on all rentals. It is invoiced with the final balance. This deposit is refundable 7 days after check out based on property conditions.

All properties are non-smoking units. It is strictly prohibited to bring a pet to any GuadalupeRentals.com property. 

We have good neighbors who don’t hesitate to report incidences. GuadalupeRentals.com will not accept reservations from anyone under the age of 25 years old.

CHECK IN TIME:  4 p.m.      CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to try and accommodate Guest (s) with another property or cancel reservation with refund of full deposit prior to check in.

Occupancy: "Guest (s)" must comply with the maximum number of guests allowed per property. The maximum occupancy for each unit is highly monitored. GuadalupeRentals.com has the right to inspect the number of people in your party. Any party exceeding the maximum occupancy is reason for eviction without reimbursement of rents or deposits.

REFUNDS: GuadalupeRentals.com does not refund money for early departures for any reason.

FAIR HOUSING: GuadalupeRentals.com complies with all Fair Housing requirements and will not deny any rentals because of race, color, religion, sex, origin, handicap or family status. All reservations must be made by a responsible party age 25 or older, who must occupy the property during the reservation period. This party will be responsible for all charges and damage fees. This party will sign the Policies and Procedures Agreement and the Release and Indemnity Agreement. THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY MUST HAVE ON FILE A COPY OF PHOTO ID DRIVERS LICENSE WITH THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT.

KEYS AND LOCK OUT PROCEDURES: All keys issued at check in must be returned at check out. There will be a $25 charge for each key we have to replace. After-hour lockouts result in a $75 lockout fee. There will be a lockbox with the keys inside at each property. Be sure to get the code from management.

PARKING: The Comal River Condo has 1 marked designated parking spot in the open lot, an additional car may park in this lot when available or on the street. GuadalupeRentals.com is not responsible if towed.

GUESTS: The registering guests is responsible for the conduct of everyone in their group.

 GUADALUPERENTALS.COM reserves the right to inspect the number in your party.

By City Ordinance: NO GRILLING from balconies of any units. This is a fire hazard and a New Braunfels City ordinance. Please use grills on property or if you bring your own, put it on the bottom floor down wind from the property on the concrete or grass. Absolutely no ground fires or bonfires.

SAFETY: Safety and security are the sole responsibility of the guests. Owner or its agent assume no responsibility or liability for the safety or security of the guests, or for the injury caused by the criminal acts of other persons. Guests should ensure that all doors and windows are locked at all times, and guests must immediately notify GuadalupeRentals.com if any locks are inoperative. Guests should turn off any appliances when leaving the premises and not store combustibles on premises.

LOST AND FOUND: We are not responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, valuables of any kind or any damages incurred to guests’ vehicles or their contents. GuadalupeRentals.com will hold any left behind items for two weeks. After two weeks it will be discarded. Left-behind items will be returned at guest’s expense upon request via mail.

PAYABLE: The guests acknowledge receipt of the services and charges hereon and agree to pay for it on demand in New Braunfels, Texas. These properties are privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

WATER SAFETY: No lifeguards are on duty at properties. You swim at your own risk. ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING FROM PIERS, SWINGING OR DIVING FROM TREES. Armbands must be warn for guest at the Comal River Condo. These are found in the unit please mark with your departure date. Onsite security strictly enforces this along with all city and HOA property rules.
