The River Road properties are not affected by container laws of New Braunfels city management.
The BBQ area, pool, deck and river front bank of the Comal River Condo are privately owned property.

Please be warned that the last public exit on the Comal River is City-owned it borders Garden Street and Union Avenue.
Glass or foam containers are not allowed on any waterway in Texas.
Other regulations/recommendations to be aware of for river recreation activity:
Jumping from bridges, dams, and trees into the rivers is illegal.
Littering is illegal. Receptacles for disposal of litter are available.
Personal flotation devices, such as life vests, for children and weak swimmers on both the Comal & Guadalupe rivers are recommended at all times.
Tubing and swimming when the river flow is above 500 cfs is not recommended for the general public.
Only rafts navigated only by experienced paddlers are recommended when river flows are above 1000 cfs.
